PIVOTS AND BEARINGS

      For pumps,four different size pivot,bearing and seal bodies is being used.Because of its avaibility to change easily it needs spare parts at minimum level.The bearings is used at heavy service type.It is possible to upkeep without taking pump body away.

PIVOT LEAK TIGHTNESS

      Leak tightness is with in soft or mechanical  seal systems. Soft seal is used with pivot preservatif bit and lantern ring. Cooling is due to out-coming water.Mechanical seal is able to use single or double and to montage on  pivot directly.Thats because corrosion is being minimized due to using of small sized seal.Seal bodies have cooling jackets.

FANNER

      İt is covered radial type.within modern and hydrolic design its profit at optimum level and NPSH values are perfect.Axis pushing depends on wings at back of fanner or balance holes.

BODY

        It sized according to DIN 24256-ISO 2858 Standarts.Absorbing mouth is front and pressing mouth is at top.At some sized-type bodies is designed as double snail effect is being  created.Thats because radial loads are balanced,high productivity and working term is being appeared.

       Flanges are PN 16 or Pn 25 at standart production.An also it is possible to produce according to ANSI 125 Ibs or 150 Ibs.
