Volute xasting, split on the horizontal cebterline.Removal of the upper half leaves
the interior of the pump open for inspection without breaking pipe joints or disturbing
alignment of pump and motor.Suction and discharge branches are situated in the lower
half of casing,and are,IN-LİNE
İMPELLER:
Double suction impeller,giving the following advantage:
Pump may be applisd at relatively unfavourable suction conditions.No axial thrust on the bearings.
SHAFT:
Chrome stell shaft,completely protected from the pumpmedium by means of shaft sleeves. The shaftsleeves are sealed with O-rings.They are secured on the pumpshaft by right and left hand screw threads.
WEARRING: The pump is fitted with wearring in the casing.impeller wearings can be provided on request.
STUFFING BOX:
Provided with valve controlled liquid seal rings.Execution with mechanical seal is possible.
BEARİNGS:
Radial ball Bearings.
The Bearings are protected by deflectors.
